Chief Marketing Automation Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Cloud Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our marketing operations group, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations, including configuration, data migration, and integration with other platforms.

• You will work closely with stakeholders, solution architects, and technical teams to design, implement, and optimize marketing automation strategies that deliver meaningful customer experiences.
• Your deep understanding of Marketing Cloud's capabilities, automation, and data-driven marketing strategies makes you a trusted advisor.
• You will excel at translating complex marketing and business requirements into scalable and effective Marketing Cloud solutions.

1. Business analysis including review of existing processes, systems, documentation.
2. Identification of different use cases and test scripts specific to captured user requirements.
3. Contribute to solution design while working alongside Solution and Technical Architect(s) and other team members.
4. Mapping requirements to capabilities leveraging and maximizing standard features.
5. Lead end-to-end Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementations, including configuration, data migration, and integration with other platforms.
6. System configuration and customization in line with solution design and while adhering to best practices and standards.
7. Conduct user training sessions and promote user adoption of Marketing Cloud features.
8. Develop and execute automated marketing campaigns using Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio.
9. Perform data gathering to define, and document business requirements and work closely with the Solution lead designer in mapping solutions per requirement.
10. Provide input to projects estimate specific to a declarative part of system design.
11. Identify different use cases and test scripts specific to captured user requirements.
12. Manage the implementation of SF Solution design to meet business requirements.
13. Perform system configuration and groundwork per specification of an architect or lead designer.
14. Provide advice or suggestions for improvement according to the objectives of the design.
15. Participate in efforts to develop and execute testing, training and documentation.
16. Participate in hypercare support to provide assistance to end users.
17. Stay updated with the latest Marketing Cloud features and industry trends to provide clients with innovative solutions.

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation, configuration, and strategy.
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications required including but not limited to Marketing Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Administrator.
• Proficiency with Marketing Cloud Studios and Builders, especially Email Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.
• Ideal candidate has a background in either Salesforce administration, technical business analysis, or functional consulting.
• Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Tenacious, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales cloud and Service Cloud and Experience cloud solutions.
• Strong Data Analysis skills are required.

• Knowledge of applications, relational databases, and web technologies.
• Knowledge of the digital marketing landscape including but not limited to Google Adwords, Meta etc.
• Data Cloud knowledge would be preferred.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.
• A desire to work within a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-based support environment.
• Actively developing their professional network through participation in technology user groups, networking events, and technology organizations.
