Digital Marketing Strategist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to help grow our online presence in the ecommerce space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive business growth.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of technical SEO, on-page optimization, and off-page link building opportunities.
  • Create high-quality, engaging content for our website and channels.
  • Optimize website performance and automate SEO tagging where applicable.
  • Set standards for product listings, content, and maintenance.
  • Analyze data to identify improvement areas and implement strategies.
  • Conduct regular SEO audits and recommend solutions.
  • Research competitor websites for opportunities to improve our online presence.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
  • Produce monthly progress reports detailing key metrics and insights.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize content and campaigns.
  • Assist with paid search campaigns and ad spend optimization.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in ecommerce.
  • Familiarity with SEMRush, MOZ, Ahrefs, and other leading digital marketing tools.
  • Expertise in on-page and off-page SEO principles.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics and similar analytics platforms.
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals.
  • Experience with content management systems and website development.
  • A willingness to learn about the ecommerce industry and stay up-to-date with the latest trends.
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques.
  • Proficiency in Google AdWords and paid search advertising platforms.
  • Strong copywriting skills to craft compelling content.
