Job Title: Sales Admin Officer

Role Overview

This role plays a pivotal part in supporting the seamless operation of our business. As a key member, you will be responsible for preparing accurate customer quotes, maintaining records, and providing exceptional customer service.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Prepare and Send Accurate Quotes:
      • Interpret Excel-based price lists and utilize CRM templates to create professional quotes via email.
    • Maintain Accurate Records:
      • Keep up-to-date records of quotes and customer correspondence.
    • Provide Excellent Customer Service:
      • Offer timely and professional responses to customer inquiries, including managing Facebook messages and comments.
    • Additional Duties:
      • Assist with general administrative tasks as required to support business operations.
    Required Skills and Qualifications
    • Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or similar field.
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales admin role or similar.
    • Strong written English skills with excellent attention to detail.
    • Previous experience in quoting, administration, or customer service roles.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general office software.
    • Experience with CRM systems (preferred but not essential; training provided).
    • Exposure to the automotive industry (advantageous but not required).
    • A proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to developing into a long-term role.
