Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to oversee the daily operations of a team of customer service professionals.

Main Responsibilities
  • Direct and coach team members to ensure performance metrics are achieved, address performance-related issues, and implement corrective action when necessary.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and financial expectations by maintaining open communication with employees, providing timely updates, and leading regular team meetings.
Candidate Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and coach team members to achieve performance expectations.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to lead teams effectively in multi-tasking, prioritization, and meeting deadlines.
Additional Duties
  • Manage employee status, including transfers, promotions, and regularization.
  • Exercise independent judgment and discretion in implementing management policies and procedures.
