Job Title: Service Delivery Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to take on a leadership role in service delivery.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client related requests or issues, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Key responsibilities include acting as the primary contact for regional delivery organizations and internal consulting teams, performing in-depth analysis on complex service delivery issues, and supporting projects by providing specific service delivery requirements.
  • The ideal candidate will have demonstrable experience working within collaborative service and operational team structures, ideally in a technology, finance business environment, with proven practical service management experience in the infrastructure and IT outsourcing services area.

Required qualifications include a very good understanding of the banking business and its interaction with IT services, knowledge and experience of SLAs, and experience of managing and maintaining effective processes and procedures in a complex multi-system, multi-site environment support service environment.

Additionally, the successful candidate will possess high prioritizing and decision-making abilities, ability to interact successfully on different hierarchical levels within customer and provider organizations, and excellent communication and presentation skills.
