Marketing Coordinator Job Description

The ideal candidate for this role will assist in executing multi-channel campaigns, manage content creation, and support marketing operations.

  • Assist in planning and implementing marketing strategies across email, social media, paid ads, and web platforms.
  • Develop and schedule engaging content using email marketing tools like HubSpot.
  • Contribute to lead generation efforts and help drive pipeline growth in alignment with sales targets.
  • Write, edit, and publish high-quality blogs, emails, landing pages, and social media content.
  • Grow and manage the company's social presence by drafting and scheduling posts on LinkedIn.
  • Conduct keyword research, optimize content, and update on-page SEO elements to enhance search rankings.
  • Support the setup, monitoring, and optimization of LinkedIn and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Track campaign performance, provide insights, and propose improvements to enhance return on investment (ROI).
Requirements

Candidates should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proficiency with email marketing software.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) or basic HTML.
  • Experience managing social media platforms, particularly LinkedIn.
  • Working knowledge of SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.
  • Familiarity with paid media platforms like LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads.
  • Comfortable using video conferencing tools like Zoom for virtual events.
  • Basic data analysis and reporting skills.
  • Fluency in English and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work U.S. business hours (Pacific Time, Central Time, or Eastern Time).
