Job Title:

A Facebook Advertising Strategist is required to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions through effective campaign planning, implementation, and optimization.

This role demands a deep understanding of Facebook's advertising platform, audience targeting strategies, and campaign optimization techniques. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of successful Facebook ad campaigns and strong analytical skills to make data-driven decisions.

The specialist will work closely with the marketing team to align Facebook ad campaigns with overall marketing initiatives and develop comprehensive advertising strategies to achieve marketing objectives and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute Facebook advertising strategies to drive business growth and achieve marketing goals.
  • Conduct thorough audience research and develop targeted audience segments for ad campaigns.
  • Create and optimize Facebook ad campaigns, including ad copy, visuals, targeting, and bidding strategies.
  • Monitor ad performance, analyze key metrics, and provide regular reports to stakeholders.
  • Continuously optimize campaigns based on performance data, implementing A/B testing and other tactics to improve results.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in Facebook advertising.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging and visually appealing ad creatives.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role within an agency specifically in Facebook ads or paid social roles.
  • Strong understanding and passion for social media advertising.
  • Proficient in using Facebook Business Manager and Facebook Ads Manager.
  • Able to build diverse audiences within Facebook Ads and aware of the Facebook pixel.
  • Great at communicating campaign performance and insights to the team.
  • Natural leadership flair and passion for spreading paid social knowledge.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for team interaction and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, effectively managing multiple projects and priorities.
