Job Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team.

This role combines digital marketing expertise with brand design ownership, ensuring every campaign and creative asset is delivered on time, meeting brand standards and driving results.

The ideal candidate will have strong skills in HubSpot, campaign setup, workflows, and analytics. They should also be proficient in Canva and Adobe/InDesign tools for both digital and print design.

Key ResponsibilitiesEmail Campaigns & Newsletters
  • Deliver high-quality email campaigns and newsletters to clients and leads on a regular basis.
  • Build and optimize HubSpot campaigns, workflows, forms, and landing pages.
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics such as open rate, click-through rate, and subscriber growth.
Content & Social Media Execution
  • Develop and publish engaging social media content, including thought leadership pieces and client brand stories.
  • Collaborate with the video editor on video posts and ensure consistent branding across all channels.
  • Write, format, and publish informative blog articles on the company website.
  • Produce case studies highlighting successful projects and outcomes.
Lead Management & Operations
  • Import leads from Predictive Index (Salesforce) and research their ICP fit, providing lead scoring and notes for the Business Development Manager.
Brand Design & Sales Enablement
  • Design and deliver high-quality creative assets, including ads, carousels, slide decks, workbooks, and merchandise.
  • Maintain a comprehensive brand asset library, ensuring all visuals meet brand standards.
  • Create sales enablement materials, such as pitch decks, proposals, and one-pagers.
Reporting & Optimization
  • Submit monthly marketing performance reports covering campaigns, email opens, leads, social media engagement, and YouTube analytics.
  • Recommend optimization ideas or creative experiments to improve marketing effectiveness.
