
Financial Transaction Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as an accounts payable specialist.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial transactions, with experience in accounts payable and invoicing.
They will be responsible for processing supplier invoices promptly and accurately, managing timely and accurate recording of all payments in the financial system, and reconciling supplier statements with company records.
The successful candidate will also generate regular accounts payable reports, including aged payables and reconciliation summaries, for review by management.
In addition to these key responsibilities, the ideal candidate will possess excellent attention to detail and accuracy, strong organizational and time management skills, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Minimum 2.5 years of experience in accounts payable or a similar role.
- Experience in accounts payable with invoicing and payments.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as MYOB, Xero, or SAP (client is using SAP; good to have but not required).
- Strong skills in using MS Excel for financial reporting.
