Accounts Payable Specialist - Process Expert

We are seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to manage the end-to-end accounts payable process for US clients, ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing, vendor management, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities
  • Process vendor invoices with attention to detail, coding to the appropriate general ledger accounts
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve any discrepancies or issues
  • Maintain organized records of all accounts payable transactions
  • Prepare and submit timely payments to vendors, including wire transfers
  • Assist with the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure effective internal controls and compliance with policies
  • Provide excellent customer service to stakeholders, resolving queries in a timely manner
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable, preferably supporting US-based clients
  • Strong understanding of accounts payable processes, including invoice processing, vendor management, and payment processing
  • Proficient in accounting software and financial reporting tools
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proven problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels
