Accounts Payable Specialist Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. This role involves managing end-to-end accounts payable processes, ensuring timely disbursements and accurate data.Key Responsibilities:
  • Process invoices and review supporting documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Work closely with procurement, operations, and accounting teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and AP records to maintain data integrity.
  • Assist with month-end reports, accruals, and audit documentation to ensure compliance.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, reduce friction, and increase accuracy.
  • Maintain internal controls and ensure BIR/tax requirements are properly addressed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA is a plus.
  • 3–5+ years of experience managing end-to-end accounts payable processes in mid to large-scale or multi-entity environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, with the ability to analyze large data sets, automate repetitive tasks, and generate accurate financial reports.
  • Proven track record in process improvement, reconciliation, vendor management, and AP controls.
