","Responsibilities:",">- Reviews financial opportunities and cross references with contracts
- Handles client operations requests within established timeframes
- Requests access to client platforms through SFDC
- Manages SFDC data request queues and proactively cleans up data
- Handles internal onboarding documentation and processes for new clients, ensuring account access is set up within 24 hours
- Ensures compliance documents are completed and acknowledged by the compliance department
- Suspends clients with pending payments and reinstates as payments are received
- Activates and deactivates trial accounts as requested
- Posts client invoices in SFDC
- Handles daily 'Shared Group' email inbox responsibilities
- Assists with collections activities for past-due accounts
- Acts as a backup for other OTC client operations members, requiring flexibility and potentially handling inbound/outbound calls
- Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in order-to-cash processes for at least two years
- Proficiency in Salesforce
- Preferably with experience in pricing
