About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Residential Care Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our care staff, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, promoting their independence, dignity, and well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for our residents, including bedrooms, communal areas, and laundry facilities.
  • Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting, in accordance with individual care plans.
  • Support residents with their daily routines, including meal times, medication, and activities.
  • Work collaboratively with other care staff to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for delivering exceptional care and support to vulnerable adults.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • A calm and patient approach, with the ability to remain composed under pressure.
