Qualifications:

• Candidate must be a graduate of BS Nursing
• Required: Licensed/Registered Nurse

• With Basic Life Support Certificate is an advantage
• Nursing Assessment Skills
• Knowledge of standard of nursing care and medical procedures including terminologies.

Job Description:

• Observes Standard of Courtesy at all times.
• Provides direct and indirect nursing care and professional nursing services in the care of patients
• Prepares patient for examinations, diagnostic tests, surgical procedures
• Administers medication as ordered observing ten rights in medication administration, monitors patients' response and documents in the medication administration record.
• Assists patients in receiving timely treatments or when undergoing specialized therapy utilizing sophisticated equipment
• Efficiently and promptly carries out doctor's order after critically analyzing them
• Communicates and accurately documents all relevant information and focus of care as assigned utilizing established standards.
• Maintains positive professional interpersonal relationship with patients and their families, co-workers and other members of the health care team
• Follows all hospital related policies and procedures and complies with Standards of Nursing Care.

Pay: Php32, Php35,000.00 per month
