Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dedicated care team as a Night Nurse. As a member of our dynamic team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the health, well-being, and quality of life for our residents.

As a qualified Registered General Nurse or Registered Mental Health Nurse, you will have a strong background in delivering person-centred care, working effectively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve outstanding outcomes for our residents. Your exceptional leadership skills will enable you to motivate and empower your team to deliver the highest standards of care.

You will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualised care plans that promote independence, autonomy, and choice for our residents. You will also contribute to the development of new initiatives and best practices that enhance the quality of care provided by our team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Qualified Registered General Nurse or Registered Mental Health Nurse with current NMC registration
  • Post-registration experience with a proven track record of delivering high-quality nursing care
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and empower others
