Administrative Support Role Available

About the Job

We are seeking an organised and efficient Administrative Assistant to provide reception, administrative and basic finance support. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for enquiries and must demonstrate a professional and welcoming manner.

The role involves ensuring that all visitors follow infection control rules and coordinating testing requirements, as well as organising couriers and associated administrative tasks. You will also assist with planning and managing events in the home, including celebrating residents' milestone birthdays and fetes.

This is a busy and varied role, requiring excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience from an administrative or reception job and confident using Microsoft Office are essential.

In this position, you will work closely with the Home Manager and other team members to ensure the smooth running of the home. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate records and reports, and for handling cash transactions.
