Job Description

As a Technical Web Project Manager, you will oversee and manage teams working on new Shopify projects, ongoing support tasks, ensuring optimal functionality and design excellence. You will also lead teams working on new WordPress websites, ongoing updates or support, ensuring seamless user experiences.

You will coordinate email and text marketing initiatives, driving client engagement and campaign success. Additionally, you will supervise branding efforts, from concept to execution, ensuring consistency and alignment with client goals.

Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining clear project timelines, budgets, and milestones to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes. You will act as the main point of contact for clients, gathering requirements and translating them into actionable tasks for the team.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and smooth progress throughout the project lifecycle. You will monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet or exceed quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience managing creative and technical teams in fast-paced environments
  • Familiarity with Shopify, WordPress, and marketing tools like email and SMS platforms
  • A strong understanding of branding principles and best practices
  • Exceptional English communication skills for client and team collaboration
  • Keen attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Availability to work West Coast hours while managing teams across different time zones
