Schedule: Shifting Schedule – Day, Mid, and Night Shifts Available

Job Overview

We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for an Ecommerce account in Cagayan de Oro

This is the perfect opportunity for fresh graduates, college undergraduates, and vocational graduates to start or advance their career in the BPO and Ecommerce industry.

Qualifications

  • College Graduate – with or without BPO experience
  • College Level – at least 2nd year undergraduate (with or without BPO experience)
  • Vocational Graduate – with or without BPO experience
  • Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply
  • Good English communication skills preferred
  • Willing to work onsite in Cagayan de Oro with a shifting schedule

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat for an Ecommerce customer service account
  • Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer concerns
  • Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all interactions
  • Follow company policies and meet service quality standards
