About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced expert to join our team as a Digital Transformation Specialist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining complex front-end applications using React, integrating spatial mapping tools such as Mapbox, Google Maps API, or Esri into web applications, and optimizing application performance across various browsers and devices.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining complex front-end applications using React functional components, hooks, and state management.
  • Integrating spatial mapping tools such as Mapbox, Google Maps API, or Esri into web applications.
  • Optimizing application performance across various browsers and devices, including code profiling and build optimization (e.g., WebPack, Lighthouse).
  • Ensuring responsive design, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility.
  • Collaborating with backend engineers to integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL.

In order to succeed in this role, you should have:

Requirements
  • At least 5 years of experience developing production-level applications using JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with React, including efficient use of hooks, state/store patterns, and performance tuning.
  • Proven ability to integrate and work with geospatial mapping libraries (Mapbox, Google Maps API, Esri, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of responsive web design principles and accessibility best practices.
  • Experience profiling and optimizing web app performance using modern tooling.
