We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Transformation Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns that drive engagement and growth.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including social media, email marketing, and content creation. You will be working closely with our cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that meet our business objectives.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels
  • Managing and executing social media content calendars
  • Creating engaging social media posts using Canva templates
  • Generating social media copy aligned with brand guidelines and tones
  • Scheduling and managing posts on HubSpot, maximizing engagement for brand awareness
  • Conducting monthly reporting and providing insights for optimization of social media channels
  • Collaborating with the recruitment team on job content and testimonials
  • Implementing a digital marketing content strategy across various channels
  • Optimizing email campaigns to improve deliverability, click rates, and conversion rates
  • Updating website copy for SEO and support with job ads and functionality

The successful candidate will possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Marks degree or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience in digital marketing
  • Exposure to AU/UK market and previous marketing experience in brand-related projects is ideal
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, CMS, and marketing automation software
  • Interest in medical, healthcare, and/or recruitment sectors
  • Proficient in CMS, marketing automation (like HubSpot), and Adobe Suite or Canva
