Architectural Strategy and Vision

Technology Leadership

  • Make strategic decisions on technology stacks and design approaches.
  • Assess and adopt emerging technologies to maintain technical excellence.
  • Establish architecture review processes and lifecycle standards.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with executives, engineering, product, infrastructure, and security teams.
  • Translate business requirements into high-performing solutions.
  • Communicate architecture strategies effectively across stakeholders.

Team Leadership and Development

  • Mentor and guide the architecture team for professional growth.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, ownership, and continuous improvement.
  • Align team resources with organizational priorities and projects.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Hold a degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Possess 10+ years of software architecture experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role.
  • Demonstrate expertise in enterprise-scale application design and governance.
  • Show knowledge of patterns like microservices, event-driven architecture, and domain-driven design.
  • Exhibit solid experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure.
  • Hold TOGAF certification or similar.
  • Display excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Be proficient in system integration, API design, and DevOps practices.
  • Be familiar with Agile and digital transformation practices.
