Senior Business Insight Manager Job Description

We are seeking a strategic leader to spearhead our digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business process optimization and experience in leading large-scale transformation projects.

The Senior Business Insight Manager will be responsible for defining and executing enterprise transformation programs focused on cost reduction, process efficiency, and quality improvement across global operations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Aligning transformation initiatives with strategic business objectives to drive outcomes around productivity, utilization, service level agreement adherence, and customer experience metrics.
  • Identifying and implementing use cases for machine learning, generative AI, natural language processing, predictive analytics, and automation across key functions.
  • Applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies to redesign workflows, eliminate waste, and reduce variation in critical processes.
  • Cross-functional program execution, managing complex transformation roadmaps with agile governance, stakeholder alignment, change management, and risk mitigation.
  • Capability building and change management, driving organizational maturity in digital transformation, employee empowerment, and AI literacy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Six Sigma Black Belt certification (mandatory).
  • 12+ years of experience in BPO / KPO / Shared Services, with proven ownership of large-scale transformation projects.
  • 5+ years of experience leading AI/ML initiatives, with demonstrable understanding of model lifecycle, deployment, and AI governance.
  • Proficient in tools like Python, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and exposure to AI platforms.
