We are seeking a highly skilled Account Growth Specialist to join our team at LTVplus. As an Account Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining a 'high-level view' of the entire support process.
This includes sharing feedback from the client with the internal team and vice versa, conducting regular meetings/catch-ups with customers, and sending out Quarterly NPS Surveys. You will also identify customer sentiment/temperature on a weekly basis and communicate training/headcount needs to the Training/Recruitment Team.
The ideal candidate should have experience with Client Management, Client Retention, Upselling/Cross selling, and a background in Customer Service and/or Sales. A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Customer Success Management is preferred.
As an Account Growth Specialist, you will be a key point of contact for clients and will be responsible for communicating and problem-solving effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset are essential for this role.
