Senior Resource Development Officer

We are seeking a Senior Resource Development Officer to join our team at Habitat for Humanity International. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and supporting resource development and program teams to grow funding and scale program portfolios and impact.

This role will focus on multi-donor funded projects and building partnerships with corporations, foundations, and institutional donors. You will work closely with Asia Pacific (AP) and global teams to support National Organizations (NO's) to significantly grow their revenues. This is a hands-on role which will help RD teams to build pipelines by strengthening capacity, lead research and analysis of donor funding priorities, identify both solicited and unsolicited funding opportunities, and support teams with concept and proposal development.

The position will be based in one of the following countries: Manila, Philippines; Kathmandu, Nepal; Dhaka, Bangladesh; and Jakarta, Indonesia. Candidates must be currently eligible to work in the country without sponsorship.

The successful candidate will be offered a local country-based compensation package. The work arrangement for this position is hybrid, and on a flextime schedule.

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the development of resource development strategies in line with program strategies and with the Asia Pacific (AP) Strategic Framework.
  2. Strengthen RD systems, processes, tools, and team capacity through work planning and implementation of the RD strategy.
