Resource Management Senior Analyst

This position will perform the role of a Resource Management Senior Analyst under Resource Management Group. This role is responsible for managing all resources movements under his/her assigned clients. He/She is also responsible for stakeholder management related to the resource fulfillments demands. The role is also responsible for monitoring of bench resources, creating and maintaining reports, administrative tasks, and other ad hoc tasks that will be assigned within the scope of work and role.

ROLES and RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Filing of approved hiring requests following the appropriate lead time upon the submission and approval of the file PRF.
  2. Coordination with different teams such as but not limited to the Sales Team, SolCon, Service Delivery, regarding the fulfillment of resource demands and deployment movement of resources.
  3. Initiating reminders to rolling-off resources and bench resources on updating their CV following the official CV template.
  4. Perform the weekly audit of demand records in the Resource Allocation Database.
  5. Provide assistance to stakeholders in preparing blind CVs using RMG's official template.
  6. Create and maintain reports to be shared with the team and stakeholders for ending assignments, ending projects, internal resource monitoring, etc.
  7. Regular updating of Resource Allocation Database to reflect correct assignment details - start and end date, joining date, availability date, employee status, etc.
  8. Collaborate with business partners in driving organizational goals and objectives.
  9. Perform other responsibilities as assigned by the RMG head, or Director of Operations.
  10. Ensure that all new hires will be endorsed to projects after orientation/onboarding.
  11. Assist in data cleanup and migration activities to appropriate internal tools/systems.
  12. Provide administrative guidance to OnE resources, ManCom on RMG-related matters.
  13. Monitor compliance on project onboarding and bench activities.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree preferably in Management, Psychology, IT, Human Resource from any college or university.
  • At least 2 years of solid experience in resource or talent management, recruiting, reporting, and program management.
  • Above average skills in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
  • Analytical, organized, and has attention to detail.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Well-versed in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
  • Ability to explain concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Willing to learn and adapt on various technologies and platforms.
  • Strong people relation skills. Can confidently work and collaborate with all career levels.
  • Willing to work on a hybrid setup as required by the task or assignment in BGC, Taguig.
