This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your exceptional communication skills and business acumen to drive sales growth.

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying inbound and outbound sales opportunities. This involves researching prospects to personalize outreach based on company size, focus, pain points, and other relevant factors.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building lead lists using various sources such as industry directories, LinkedIn, or other reputable platforms.
  • Qualifying inbound leads and determining fit based on company criteria.
  • Scheduling consultations for the Sales Manager or In-person closing team.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date information in a CRM system.
  • Collaborating with marketing teams to follow up on campaigns and events.

Requirements include:

  • At least 6 months of Sales Development experience in the Healthcare, Aesthetic, or Wellness industry, with additional background in Customer Service or BPO roles preferred.
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Experience with outbound prospecting via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls.
  • Proficiency in leading research and personalized outreach using tools like Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or Crunchbase.
  • Experience using CRM systems (required).
  • Ability to work in US time zones (PST, EST, CST).
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
