Employment Counsel APAC

G-P is seeking a highly skilled Employment Counsel to join our dynamic legal team. This role will be responsible for providing strategic legal advice and guidance on all aspects of employment law across the APAC region.

Job Description

The successful candidate will assist in developing innovative solutions to manage employment-related legal risks, collaborate with HR and Operations teams to develop and implement employment practices, and manage employment-related disputes, claims, and litigation across APAC.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality legal advice on a broad range of employment law matters throughout the APAC region.
  • Assist in developing practical business-driven solutions to manage employment-related legal risks.
  • Collaborate with HR and Operations teams to develop and implement employment practices, policies, and procedures that comply with local and international laws.
  • Manage employment-related disputes, claims, and litigation across APAC, with the support of senior employment counsel.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A strong understanding of employment law and compliance across the APAC region.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide practical legal advice and creative solutions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex legal concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to balance competing priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
