We are seeking a strategic leader to oversee and optimize our talent acquisition operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our recruitment strategies, driving continuous improvement, and enhancing our employer brand.

About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining efficient and compliant TA processes, workflows, and documentation. They will manage and optimize our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other TA-related technologies. This critical role requires a strong operational background, analytical skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement efficient TA processes and workflows.
  • Manage and optimize ATS and other TA-related technologies.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within our TA systems.
  • Oversee vendor relationships related to TA.
  • Manage recruitment events and activities.
TA Optimization
  • Develop and deliver training and resources to hiring managers and the TA team on best practices in interviewing and recruitment processes.
  • Create and maintain interview guides and scorecards.
  • Stay updated on the latest recruitment trends and technologies.
  • Leverage AI-driven insights for talent intelligence.
Marketing & Employer Branding
  • Collaborate with Marketing to develop and execute employer branding initiatives that attract top talent.
  • Manage online presence on career sites and social media platforms.
  • Develop compelling job descriptions and recruitment marketing materials.
  • Participate in industry events to enhance our employer brand.
Continuous Improvements & Innovation
  • Regularly analyze TA metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Implement data-driven solutions to optimize the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies.
  • Conduct regular audits of TA processes to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
Pre-Hire Onboarding Success
  • Collaborate with clients or internal hiring managers to ensure a smooth pre-hire onboarding experience for new employees.
  • Oversee the offer letter process, contract signing, and background checks.
  • Develop communication strategies to engage candidates between offer acceptance and their start date.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 2 years in a leadership or management role. They will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong project management and organizational skills, and excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
