Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to fill the role of a Virtual Receptionist. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to handle inbound calls, provide excellent customer service, and multitask efficiently.

  • The selected candidate will be responsible for receiving phone calls from prospective customers for various home services businesses, including cleaning companies, electricians, plumbers, landscapers, and more.
  • They must be able to represent our clients professionally, adhering to their standard greeting and maintaining a high level of professionalism throughout the call.
Detailed Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Represent the client's company as if the Virtual Receptionist is working directly within their office environment.
  • Book appointments on the client's CRM or scheduling platforms with precision and attention to detail.
  • Take thorough notes during each call, capturing essential information such as contact details, reasons for inquiry, and other relevant data.
  • Transmit accurate call summaries to the client after each interaction.

The successful candidate will possess exceptional BPO experience, exhibit strong multitasking abilities, and demonstrate a keen eye for detail in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
