The Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Team Leader to join the dynamic team at Peak Outsourcing, Inc.' in our Dumaguete and Makati City location. As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in overseeing and supporting a high-performing call center team, ensuring excellent customer service and driving business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and lead a team of call center agents, providing guidance, coaching and motivation to ensure exceptional customer service
  • Monitor team performance, identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance productivity and efficiency
  • Collaborate with the broader call center management team to develop and implement best practices, policies and procedures
  • Provide real-time feedback and support to agents, addressing any issues or concerns promptly
  • Participate in the recruitment and training of new call center agents, ensuring a high-quality team
  • Analyse call center metrics and data to identify trends and make data-driven decisions to improve overall performance
  • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment, promoting team building and morale

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a call center or customer service supervisory role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both customers and team members
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with a demonstrated ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Proficient in data analysis and call center metrics, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to continuous improvement
