
Client Success Manager

We are seeking a skilled Client Success Manager to lead our support team in delivering exceptional client service and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate a high-performing support team to achieve outstanding customer experiences.
- Manage escalations, monitor performance, and foster a collaborative culture to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Oversee customer support tickets, ensuring clear communication and effective issue resolution.
- Administer and optimize Salesforce, including training, reporting, and automation to improve team efficiency.
- Collaborate across departments to resolve complex challenges and enhance processes.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in production environments.
- At least 5 years of SQL and team leadership experience.
- A strong background in Linux, networking, firewalls/VPNs, and relational databases (Oracle/PostgreSQL).
- Cloud systems experience (networking, storage).
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Salesforce administration experience.
- Knowledge of Java, JSP, or jQuery.
- Utility industry or Smart Grid experience.
- ITSM/ITIL knowledge.
