Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Client Success Manager to lead our support team in delivering exceptional client service and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing support team to achieve outstanding customer experiences.
  • Manage escalations, monitor performance, and foster a collaborative culture to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Oversee customer support tickets, ensuring clear communication and effective issue resolution.
  • Administer and optimize Salesforce, including training, reporting, and automation to improve team efficiency.
  • Collaborate across departments to resolve complex challenges and enhance processes.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in production environments.
  • At least 5 years of SQL and team leadership experience.
  • A strong background in Linux, networking, firewalls/VPNs, and relational databases (Oracle/PostgreSQL).
  • Cloud systems experience (networking, storage).
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Salesforce administration experience.
  • Knowledge of Java, JSP, or jQuery.
  • Utility industry or Smart Grid experience.
  • ITSM/ITIL knowledge.
