Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Success Manager to lead our efforts in handling incoming leads, guiding them through the early stages of our hiring process, and building strong, lasting relationships.

This is a critical, client-facing role that requires exceptional communication skills, professionalism, and intelligence. As the first point of contact for potential clients, your communication will directly represent the quality and professionalism we stand for.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct structured discovery calls with inbound leads to understand their hiring needs
  • Present our services confidently, ask the right questions, and tailor solutions accordingly
  • Guide clients through every step of the hiring process: from calibration to candidate shortlisting and onboarding
  • Maintain open communication during the sourcing phase and manage follow-ups after candidate presentations
  • Become the primary account manager once roles are closed, owning client satisfaction and retention
  • Proactively identify upsell and expansion opportunities across existing accounts
  • Handle administrative tasks including NDAs, contracts, and service agreements
  • Build and manage your own pipeline of leads and clients through consistent outreach and follow-up

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications
  • Fluent English — both written and spoken
  • Exceptional communication skills — structured, confident, and personable
  • Professional presence — calm under pressure, clear, and trustworthy
  • University degree — preferably in business, marketing, or a related field
  • Tech-savvy and business-oriented — able to quickly grasp different industries and roles
  • Empathetic sales approach — persuasive without being pushy
Experience
  • At least 1-2 years of previous experience in staffing, recruitment, or outsourcing, preferably in a client-facing role
  • Skilled in conducting discovery/introduction calls and managing client accounts
  • Proven success in managing the full client journey — from initial lead to long-term care
  • Ability to nurture B2B relationships and drive client satisfaction over time
