The Opportunity
We are looking for a proactive and client-focused
Client Success Manager
to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary liaison for our clients—ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth. You'll collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver value, address challenges, and guide clients in achieving their business goals through our services. Additionally, you'll be responsible for identifying and upselling additional services that align with client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring successful use and adoption of our products/services.
- Understand client needs and objectives; proactively identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Manage onboarding, training, and ongoing support to drive client satisfaction.
- Monitor client health and engagement, and implement strategies to increase retention.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, product, support, etc.) to resolve issues and deliver seamless service.
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients.
- Identify and escalate potential risks or issues early to ensure resolution.
- Identify upselling opportunities and present relevant additional services to drive mutual growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Client Success Manager, Account Manager, or similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients and prioritize effectively.
- Customer-focused with a problem-solving attitude.
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Zoho) is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
- Willing to work in a hybrid setup based in Cebu City, IT Park.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience in Amazon's platform (Seller Central, Vendor Central, or Amazon Ads).
- Background in SaaS, tech, or professional services.
- Knowledge of customer success tools and KPIs.
