Closing Coordinator - Real Estate Transactions Expert

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of real estate transactions. This involves managing administrative and transactional tasks with precision and efficiency, maintaining a high level of accuracy, and delivering exceptional customer service.

The successful Closing Coordinator will have a proven track record of efficiently managing multiple tasks and responsibilities, as well as experience working remotely with clients/companies from various regions.

This role requires strong organizational skills, excellent time management, and meticulous attention to detail. The ideal candidate will also possess problem-solving skills and be able to adjust communication styles based on the audience.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing real estate escrow transactions by fulfilling all necessary requirements
  • Collecting and reviewing required documents to ensure compliance and accuracy
  • Preparing and reviewing CD/HUD forms using lender instructions
  • Assembling, preparing, and reviewing all closing documents before the closing date
  • Calculating prorated taxes and interest to ensure accurate financial disbursements at closing
  • Preparing and disbursing checks as part of the closing process
  • Balancing and disbursing funds to close escrow accounts
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • At least three years of experience as an Escrow Officer, Closing Coordinator, Transaction Coordinator, or Real Estate Paralegal
  • Experience working remotely with clients/companies from various regions (US, UK, CA, AU)
  • Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Familiarity with real estate closing processes and regulatory requirements
  • Clear and confident English communication
  • Strong multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
  • Technical proficiency with Accutitle, Front, Vonage, or similar tools and software
