We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to manage the sales process, from lead generation to contract execution.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Sales Transaction: Writing offers, working with multiple listing service listings.
  • Marketing: Utilizing digital tools for constant contact and social media promotion.
  • Transaction Management: Tracking and organizing client transactions using Google Sheets.
  • Customer Relationship Management Data Entry: Reviewing and updating customer relationship management data.
  • Lead Generation: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through networking and referrals.
  • Client Support: Assisting clients in buying, selling, and investing in residential and commercial properties.
  • Property Tours: Conducting market analyses and client consultations to provide informed guidance.
  • Negotiation and Contracting: Drafting and negotiating contracts, and overseeing the closing process.
  • Compliance: Ensuring adherence to real estate laws, contracts, and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Valid Real Estate License (Broker or Agent).
  • Proven Experience in Sales and Transaction Management.
  • QuickBooks Online Proficiency.
  • Strong Knowledge of Local Real Estate Market, Contracts, and Regulations.
  • Excellent Negotiation, Communication, and Interpersonal Skills.
  • Able to Handle Multiple Transactions and Deadlines Effectively.
  • Proficient in Multiple Listing Service, Customer Relationship Management Software, Transaction Management Platforms, and Social Media Marketing.
