To succeed in this role, you will need to possess proficient to advanced written and verbal communication skills. A background in BPO customer service is preferred, along with at least 1-year experience in a similar field. Keen attention to detail and familiarity with remote work tools are also essential. The ability to multitask and think outside the box is necessary.
