Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries via chat, email, or phone with professionalism and friendliness
  • Handle product information, order tracking, returns, and account concerns with accuracy
  • Utilize Gorgias and Shopify to efficiently manage tickets and provide seamless support
  • Stay informed about product updates and best practices to ensure consistent customer interactions

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • A minimum of one year's hands-on experience with both Shopify and Gorgias
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple conversations simultaneously
  • Empathetic, patient, and reliable when addressing customer concerns
  • Strong teamwork and attention to detail

Working Remotely:

  • Your own computer or laptop (i5 processor or equivalent preferred)
  • A stable internet connection (at least 15 Mbps upload/download speed)
