Job Overview

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to clients across the globe. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic organization that values teamwork, integrity, and commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers via phone
  • Provide top-notch customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and guiding customers through solutions
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of products, services, and policies to effectively assist customers
  • Accurately document customer interactions and transactions across all tools/platforms
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems as necessary

Our ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, is results-oriented, and is able to work well under pressure.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Starters or adapters are welcome to apply BPO experience is a plus
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work within defined hours of operation with flexibility needed on weekends and holidays
  • Basic computer/technology savvy with the ability to smoothly operate multiple windows and tabs
