Job Description:

  • System Performance: Monitor and maintain the optimal performance of Motion Metrics systems installed at customer sites.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with customers, support teams, and other departments to address issues and provide updates.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Collect data from systems for performance analysis and identify areas for improvement or issues that require attention. Maintain detailed records of product data, tickets, and performance reports.
  • Safety Culture: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum two years of customer support experience in industrial environments.
  2. Proficiency in English with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  3. Strong technical skills in networking, Office suite, Windows & Linux OS, and familiarity with databases, server tools, and cloud services.
  4. Ability to analyze technical documents, solve problems under pressure, and collaborate effectively in multidisciplinary teams.
