Customer Success Advocate

We are seeking a Customer Success Advocate to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the satisfaction and success of our clients throughout their journey with us.

This role requires a customer-first attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional results. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration between our organization and our clients.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing proactive support, regular check-ins, and clear communication about project timelines and updates.
  • Onboard new clients, helping them understand our services, processes, and value propositions.
  • Build strong relationships with clients by offering personalized support, tailored solutions, and effective issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly and efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3-5 years of experience in customer service, account management, or a client-facing role (experience in the construction or engineering field is a plus).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical clients.
