Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical individual to join our team as a Financial Performance Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and reviewing financial reports, including Interim/Annual Financial Statements and account schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compile and review financial data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  • Analyze financial performance by developing and implementing reporting tools and metrics, providing actionable insights to management.
  • Maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain internal controls to prevent financial irregularities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably with consolidation, statutory reporting, and external audit exposure.
  • Proficiency in SAP ERP and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
