We are seeking a skilled Email Marketing Specialist to join our team.

This is a challenging role that requires the ability to develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies tailored to client needs, ensuring a positive client experience and maximizing campaign performance.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and possess strong analytical skills.

The Email Marketing Specialist will play a vital role in:

  • Collaborating with clients to understand their business objectives and goals;
  • Strategizing, formulating, and executing email, SMS, and other retention marketing campaigns;
  • Communicating insights and reports on performance metrics;
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients to drive overall positive client experience;
  • Working closely with the Client Strategy Manager to manage multiple client accounts;
  • Collaborating with the Activations team to ensure thorough strategy alignment and instructions;
  • Upselling and cross-selling additional services to clients to enhance their marketing efforts;
  • Sharing industry insights and information with marketing to position the company as a thought leader.
