Senior Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to drive user acquisition and retention through data-driven strategies.

About the Role
  • You will conduct market research to identify target audiences and create segments.
  • Develop and implement paid media campaigns across multiple channels, including Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and programmatic advertising.
  • Analyze performance metrics and track key results.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's Degree in marketing, digital marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
  • Over 5 years of experience in digital marketing with a focus on paid media campaigns.
  • Experience in an e-commerce or direct-to-consumer brand is preferred.
Preferred Skills/Expertise
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Klaviyo, and Shopify.
  • Ability to stay current with digital marketing trends.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and be able to apply analytical skills to drive business growth. Experience working with e-commerce platforms and a passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends are highly desirable.
