We are looking for an individual who excels in administration, scheduling, data management, and sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating documents, managing databases, tracking lead generation, and handling administrative tasks. Additionally, you will support email marketing efforts, conduct research on real estate market trends, and assist with planning and executing virtual events.
Main Responsibilities:
  • Create listing and transaction documents, and provide support in uploading listings to multiple platforms.
  • Maintain client databases, track lead generation, manage lead follow-ups, and handle all administrative tasks.
  • Support email marketing efforts, including managing lists and campaigns.
  • Monitor project deadlines, including leases, lease renewals, termination letters, expirations, and possession dates.
  • Conduct research on real estate market trends, properly valuations, and comparable properties.
  • Handle invoicing and related financial tasks.
  • Assist with planning and executing virtual events, including managing registrations and logistics.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders through various channels.
  • Support social media management, content creation, and online marketing initiatives.
  • Streamline workflows using remote collaboration tools and software.
