Requirements

To succeed in this challenging role, you should have:


  • At least 3-5 years of experience in business development or product management.
  • A strong educational background in Mechanical Engineering, Production Management, MBA, or related fields.
  • Excellent project management skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
  • Good communication skills and customer interaction experience.
  • A willingness to travel extensively (up to 10-12 days per month).
