Job Title: Senior Operations Manager

Job Overview

This role is responsible for leading a team of operations managers and providing guidance on client relationships, service level agreements, and financial expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain revenue growth and profitability of programs
  • Develop and implement training, staff development, and employee recognition programs
  • Select, train, and manage the performance of direct reports and their associates
  • Provide leadership and guidance to direct reports to ensure consistent administration of company policies and standards
  • Analyze and maintain Client Service Level Agreements; implement improvement plans as needed
  • Ensure compliance with active contracts
  • Foster client relationships and facilitate open communications
  • Partner with Business Development to leverage new business opportunities
  • Conduct regular one-on-ones with direct reports to review performance and offer developmental support
  • Create a positive work environment through employee engagement
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to drive continuous improvement
Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent preferred with more than ten years of experience
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and improve work processes
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proven ability to organize and prioritize projects in a fast-paced business environment
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, and provide direction to a team of employees
  • Demonstrated ability to foster customer service disposition and professionalism
