Senior Facilities Manager, Hard Services

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will oversee all aspects of facilities hard services operations and maintenance, including facilities engineering and project management. This role will ensure smooth operations across multiple facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for the 24/7 operations of facilities hard services and building infrastructures.
  • Manage facilities project delivery from design through construction, commissioning, and take-over.
  • Oversee facilities budgets and spending, pursuing cost savings and efficiency improvements without compromising safety or reliability.
  • Act as system owner for facilities operation technology.
  • Ensure facilities compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and standards to maintain a safe and healthy workplace.
  • Promote safe work practices and site safety protocols for all activities.
  • Represent the Facilities team in collaboration with stakeholders and external service providers.
  • Drive sustainability initiatives to reduce environmental impact.
  • Lead troubleshooting for interruptions/incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Provide leadership to teams of professionals, technical experts, managers, and service providers.
Requirements
  • Degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, from a reputable university.
  • Minimum 15 years' experience in Facilities Hard Services operations and maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
  • Familiar with relevant Codes, Standards and Practices, including HSE, Compliance, WELL, LEED and ISO.
