The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the billing process for outsourced employees, working with agency partners, and maintaining payroll and expense systems. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
About the Position
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage billing for outsourced employees, including basic, overtime, incentive, and expense reimbursements.
- Work with agency partners to check and approve their payroll submissions.
- Develop documentation on policy and process flows for billing-related matters.
- Lead monthly meetings with agency partners to discuss billing policies.
- Prepare forecasts of expenses for outsourced employee payroll expenses.
- Process quarterly accruals related to billing.
- Monitor attendance reports of outsourced employees for billing purposes.
- Provide reports on outsourced employee billing as needed by the business.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a business-related field from a reputable university.
- Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and regulations.
- Proficient in MS Office programs, particularly Excel.
- Any related experience is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Experience working with international colleagues, including those from China.
