The Brittany Hotels and Leisure Inc. is seeking an experienced Human Resources Professional to join its team as a key member of the HR department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment: Assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for hotel positions, coordinate the recruitment process, including job postings, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate records.
  • Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR inquiries, assist in implementing employee engagement initiatives and maintaining a positive work culture.
  • Training and Development: Assist in organizing and coordinating training sessions for hotel staff, maintain records of employee training and development activities.
  • Compliance and Administration: Ensure compliance with labor laws, hotel policies, and health and safety regulations, maintain and update employee files and HR databases, process employee leaves, attendance, and performance documentation.
  • Compensation and Benefits: Provide support in managing employee inquiries.
  • Performance Management: Assist in the performance review process, including scheduling evaluations and collecting feedback.
  • Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with hotel policies and legal requirements, ensure confidentiality of employee information and handle sensitive data appropriately.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous HR experience, preferably in the hospitality industry, is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and diverse environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
