The Financial Planning and Analysis Manager is responsible for leading budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial modeling to support strategic decisions and resource allocation.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes.
- Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models to support strategic planning, ROI modeling, and scenario analysis.
- Analyze financial performance and variances, providing actionable recommendations to leadership for informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Operations, and IT to ensure alignment of financial planning with business strategy.
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
- Minimum five to seven years of progressive experience in accounting and financial analysis, preferably in a leadership or senior-level role.
- Proven expertise in utilizing ERP and analytics tools (e.g., NetSuite, Power BI).
